Volunteer FAQ FINAL

Dear Tour de Cure Volunteer! Important information:

WHERE TO GO: Check in at the Red Volunteer Tent which is located in the 8th St Market parking lot, next to the Registration Tent. You should see directional signage that will lead you to the correct area.

WHAT TO BRING: Volunteer waiver can be filled out when you arrive. Please dress according for the weather, our event is rain or shine. You will receive a volunteer T-Shirt at check-in.
DIRECTIONS: Arrive 15 minutes prior to your volunteer shift. The event is located at 8th Street Market, 801 SE 8th St, Bentonville, AR 72712
PARKING: 8th St Market

FOOD AND WATER: Lunch will be provided at the Volunteer Tent at 11:00am. Beverages will be available onsite.

Tour de Cure is actually Aug 7 this year @K0JWG I’m signed up to ride already, so won’t be able to man a rest stop this year.

August 7 is a Friday. I got this date off of old BCRO site so it’s possible it’s incorrect. Should it be August 8 instead? Maybe @pblomjr can chime in since he’s in charge of the Hams for the event.

Yes, it’s Sat. Aug 8, I quickly glanced at it knowing the event is in Aug, and thougt the 7 & 8 were simply transposed.
